Pork Chops

Equipment

  • 1 George Foreman Grill

Ingredients

  • 3-5 Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a medium to large mixing bowl
  • Coat both sides of each pork chop in the dry mix
  • Place the pork chops on the George Foreman Grill and heat to an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Depending upon the thickness of the pork, it takes between 4 to 6 minutes.
