Chop the onion and the pickles.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Place a beef bouillon cube into a cup of water and heat in the microwave until it is dissolved.
Brown the hamburger along with the onion. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian Seasoning, chili powder, and oregano to the meat and onion mixture.
Bring a pot of water to a boil (with a little salt). Add the cavatappi noodles and boil for about 6 minutes, drain.
In a large mixing bowl add the beef mixture, the cavatappi noodles, the canned tomatoes, the beef broth, chopped pickles, ketchup, mustard, and half the Mexican cheese.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover the top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
