One of my all-time favorite meals is a good hamburger. There are many ways to prepare hamburgers. You can use a variety of cheeses. You can add bacon (you can never go wrong with bacon). If you like your hamburger a little spicy, you can add jalapenos or a habanero sauce to it. Or, if you are in the mood for a classic favorite, you can make a good old mushroom and Swiss burger.
Mushroom and Swiss burgers have been a favorite of mine since my childhood. There is just something good about adding those tangy flavored mushrooms and Swiss cheese to a juicy burger that keeps me coming back for more.
My favorite kitchen tool for making burgers is the George Foreman Grill. It cooks the meat on both sides at the same time. While it cooks the burgers to perfection, it also removes the fat making the burgers an excellent healthy option.
