Step 4 – I like to melt a little butter on the griddle before applying the batter. It gives your pancakes a crisp, golden look.

Step 5 – Pour one scoop of batter onto the griddle. (Tip: your pancake is ready to flip when the edges become rounded and the center begins to bubble).

Step 6 – Once the pancake has been flipped, wait between 30 seconds to a minute then check.

Tip: If you are not making pancakes for immediate consumption, you can heat your oven to 200 degrees and place them in a warming pan for later.
